July 10 -- In the eleventh hour, Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras offered to meet most of the demands made by European creditors in exchange for a bailout of EU53.5B. The request mirrors a previous proposal from creditors, one that was rejected by Greece in the referendum on July 5. Bloomberg’s Guy Johnson and Hans Nichols report on “Countdown.”
