In December I spent a couple of weeks in the peruvian Jungle, in Tarapoto (where my family is from) doing some integrated therapy work.
This video is an insight to a bit of what my trip was about, eventhough it was more of a spiritual trip than a visual one, I wanted to share with you! therapy time wasn''t recorded as I tried to keep it focused on the therapy more than filming and curating the video. Also, I don't appear on the video as I decided to do this trip by myself so there was no one to film me.

I've been through a series of healing therapies including chakra alignment, reiki, tibetan bowls, massages and plant medicine. Now that my physical body is more in balance and I heard ayahuasca's message it is time to work daily in making these changes a reality.
I'm sending love and courage to everyone feeling they aren't good enough, you're the only one who can accept and love yourself in order to shine and unravel your truest potential. 🙏🏽🌿 Hope you enjoy!
