I believe the General's Reaper will drop off of the Undead Commander in the Haunted Iron Mines. It can be an easy drop if he runs into Meredith down there and they start fighting.

The Soul Reaper drop can also be found in the iron mines. He is not very hard but Meredith the Bright Archer has a very hard time with him and often loses. Free Meredith and if you time it right you can kill him too nice and clean =)

I found she was pretty easy to take on with the silver crossbow. You fight Octavian first to get the ability to forge silver bars, and then you can make the crossbow without needing primal essense. The crossbow works gun on her because she's a gun slinger that won't close the distance on you, so you can focus on dodging her attacks and pew pew her down.

im playing the updated version, and coincidently, i was fighting that shady boss that uses shadows and they began to fight each other and HE BEAT HER, even being underleveled. afterwards i just collected her blood and then killed the shadowy guy, because he was already with low health. so yah, i was very lucky, killed 2 birds with 1 stone AND did it the most unscrupulous way possible

Best strategy is to find nearest rock formation and go around it. Cast your spells when when they come off cooldown and then stay out of her line of sight

The recipie for the General's Soul Reaper droped from the Undead general that patrols in the Iron Mines,

I found Jade to be pretty easy. I recently aggroed her at Dawnbreak Village and just kited her around a building. Aggroed all the mob too, but they just follow along with her. The AI is pretty dense in that way.

For some reason I ran into the undead commander right before the fight with the shadow priestess lady (can't remember her name) way up north. Never saw him in the mine.
