This is voting on hypothetical circumstances, and emergencies are interpreted differently by various parties. Leave well enough alone, should an emergency arise, it will be dealt with at the time with all parties given a voice.

Are they going to use it for the right thing though I would say I'm against it I think they have plenty and we the people are the ones suffering even after the earthquake they weren't prepared and this pandemic I think management of money would help

Seems favoring the amendment would provide Utah legislature increased budget flexibility during times of crisis or when a special session is warranted to address a specific issue.

Hummmm you don't say what about using funds for a town just for abused women and children only no men and no domestic violence a town with a hospital a big grocery store a gas station a mental health phacility for victims. Of domestic violence. A park .. a clothing store and each victims a house and employeement for each victim to support themselves and their children .. and lots of police law enforcement to protect them....
