North Korea says Kim Jong Un is keeping his military at 'full combat posture'

The U.S. says the North Korea military fired thee missiles on Thursday, the second missile launch in a week. North Korea says the test was part of its regular military training. South Korea claims they may be part of a new weapons system. Then the U.S. revealed that it seized a North Korean cargo ship, used to export coal in violation of economic sanctions. Elizabeth Palmer reports.

Leader of the DPRK, Kim Jong Un: Please sir, I, as a common U.S.American citizen can vouch for our President, with regards to the fact that the last thing he desires is any war, especially with the DPRK. We humbly ask that you find it in your heart to stop your testing of all nuclear devices.


Tonight, I intend to pray for you, as I do for our President, as I also will do for Mr. Putin, as I also do, for many others, including for Otto Warmbier's parents. I would hate my life, if I ever caused an infraction such as that, for which Otto Warbier is accused.


We (the USA) ask you that you let go of the frictions of what we all know historically as "The Korean War". Please cut your Military defenses down to protect only your DPRK, and not to extend the range of your awesome weapons. You alone have the power to do that, and to
let the world not only breath easier, once again, but to show that the
Leader Kim Jong Un is a just man, capable of untold Peace.
