The Lore of Angel Dust's Family and Death in Hazbin Hotel

The main cast are comprised of sinners who died and went to hell. In this short i’ll talk about the lore of angel dust.

Angel dust’s real name when he was alive was anthony. His family was part of the italian mob in new york city. He died in his mid 30’s in 1947 following a drug overdose.

Angel dust is different from the main cast because he has several family members in Hell. They all resemble spiders which means that your appearance as a sinner can be determined by genetics.

His father is called Henroin. He has a twin sister called molly. And he has an older brother called arackniss. Vivzie said we’ll see angel’s family later in the full hazbin hotel series.

One thing that makes angel backstory especially depressing is that he was a frequent abuser waaay before he died, so hed know the right amount of pcp to take, so either he was having a breakdown and wasn't paying attention to the amount he was taking, or he purposefully overdosed to commit suicide

Fun fact: Angel’s original real name was supposed to be Martin but then later, change it to Anthony. You know what I’m glad they changed it because Anthony suits him more.

I guess he changed his name when he was in Hell. And possibly he overdosed the Angel Dust drug, which is why he's called "Angel Dust"
