Republican repeal effort in ruins, ‘we’re going to be living with Obamacare’ for foreseeable future

It was a hectic day on Capitol Hill as top Republicans tried win enough votes to pass an Obamacare replacement. But House Speaker Paul Ryan, along with President Trump, decided to pull the repeal when it was clear it would not pass.
