Wouldn't "powerbuilding" be optimal for every natural lifter to gain size? Since strength and size are pretty much the same for naturals and they need to progress on the main lifts, but still add some volume.

Just took a full page of notes, thanks man. I love experimenting with different training styles, definitely gonna give this a shot

i love the fact with this split that you concentrate on regeneration and frequency at the same time...maybe the best split ever!

Russ this video just justified like what I am usually been doing recently. Like doing a powerlifting type of sets the first part then go thru a whole bodybuilding workout ryt after like nothing just happened. tnx for this man. Now I know I am on a right track

I kept my workouts simple for 5 years then got to senior year of college and stopped working out. Started working out again about 3 weeks ago and I was making it way too complicated. Awesome video and super simple program to follow. Needed to see this, thanks Russ. Starting this today!

I was today years old learning about powerlifting. This was the best video by far that gives more information than most YouTubers.

Dude thank you so much. I have had a whole lot of guys tell me that my way of training (which is very similar to yours) wouldn’t help me increase my numbers and that I have to buy into these complex programs. But I really feel glad that someone I look up to appreciates the simplistic way of training (taking your time and not trying to cut corners).

who knew this guy 6 years later would own his own powerlifting gym, be a world champion, and be competing for his 5th national title.

First power building workout today, felt great, focused on bench strength, and did giant sets for the second half, amazing

I always did the big 3 when i was playing football, when i finally graduated my back knees and shoulders were so torn up from lifting heavy i finally decided to take off trying to become stronger and focus on my physique. After giving time off to let those body parts heal and recover fully, i've been watching you and how you powerbuild and now have tweaked my form, and incorporated the big 3 into my bodybuilding workouts just like you, and have done it all pain free. thank you for being such an inspiration, Russwole!
