i make my caviar different. tri-colored beans. black, red, pintos. 1-2 bell peppers. usually yellow and orange they have the best flavors. one large purple/red onion. tomatoes usually grape/cherry/heirloom etc cut. one chili if that’s preferred (optional) i omitted avo and cheese let you add that and chili if you wish after it’s made. dietary reasons. make the dressing similar. create it. serve with tortilla chips. oh yes salt pepper cumin italian seasoning etc when i made the dressing as well! forgot to say
