I don't know is it only me or not, if I select multiple files/folder from a directory to copy it to another directory, it wont copy, but if i select only 1 file it will but 1 folder won't, I don't know why

Under the files group category, some files are named with "resell1" while others are named with "nobody". How can I change the group name "nobody" to the actual user name, if it appears on PUBLIC_HTML?
