I'm not even mad anymore, I'm just sad. I really love this game, I've spent money on it, played almost everyday, wrote essays in surveys in hopes to improve the game. I even convinced my friends to play it. The state of genshin rn is deeply saddening. It's not even about the rewards anymore, this whole situation showed that mihoyo don't have any communication with the players and don't want to have it. This treatment of the community makes me really worried for the future :C
