4: Kisi din sham me pasta bnaya bachon k leay, Thora fridge me rakh dea or next day garam kr k lunch me dy dea.
5: 2bread me butter ya chocolate spread ya jam ya jelly lga k dy dn.
6: mayonnaise me boil chicken ya phr gajar, bundhgobi, Shimla mirch mix kr k, Kali mirch namak dalain or sandwich bna k dy dn.

1. Not budget friendy
2. Not quick, means require pre cooking or freezing
3. Not easy eating, means require proper time n utencils.
(Except Roll paratha n pasta cutlets)
