[WSHC #1] LIVE! Shiny Dialga Pokemon Platinum (J) ONLY 238 SR'S!

PLEASE READ:
AS if 5/1/2016 it has come to my attention that my Giratina has a low amount of health for the level its at. Don't worry, the Pokemon itself isn't cheated, i had just forced up the level w/ an action replay, causing the HP to bug out. If you all care enough, yes I use an action replay quite often when I'm not hunting, because I am more of a collector when it comes to shinies I tend to sometimes blaze through the game, or give me more money, and prefer to use it to level up pokemon and other stuff like that.

I was in gavin80001 twitch stream and almost died when I found this. I freaked out in chat.

UPDATE (Next Day December 2nd): Idk why it said the 2nd when I caught Dialga, It was very late actually and I guess my time was a little off I caught him at like 11:40 or something when I actually found him, so I stayed up till 1 to produce really fast and upload. So yeah not only was this on a school nigt, but I went to bed at 3 and woke up at 7 to produce this. Also my DS clock is a little off, Idk why but it is so it says december 2nd but I caught it on the 1st really, although it was practically the 2nd.

Hi. I've been looking all over the internet for the answer to my question. Do you need to have completed the national dex to get palkia/dialga? Some places say I do, others don't. If you know, please help me out! Thanks.

How does your giratina have such low hp? o.O
