you are using v5.2 not 6 there is a world of difference between the two. Midjourney themselves said "you will have to relearn how to prompt" .

the image weight goes up to 3 now, on v 6.... and i actually think it goes down to 0.1 as well. not sure on that 0.1 bit

How can i get prompts

I got a feeling that Midjourney is starting to implode on itself, the results are getting more chaotic, less accurate for me with each update.

So I'm trying to turn a photo of my friend into a knight or king but every time it generates the character it makes doesn't look very much like the photo. I did copy the link and I tried playing around with iw but it always generates something pretty far away from the person I inputted. Any suggestions?

I have better result with ver 5.2 when my prompt include any reference to ethnicity like indian, latino, native american, ver 6 alpha mostly gives me a white person and ignore the ethnicity .
