I was going to dismiss this but then the Crest refrence drew me in. So I have a thought. When you are approached to create a scent maybe you can find a house that will make a fougere that uses real oakmoss and is indicative of this/ polo crest ish type scent. Real oakmoss a la Rogue Perfumery. I imagine you'd crush it because your tastes are focused.
Also-You don't seem grifty at all so be super careful with the frag co's. that may look to take advantage.

Excellent review and video. I first tried this cologne in 93, when it came out, and never left it. I love the tuff, and I'm running low on it now. I'll sure miss it when it's gone. Thumbs up video~John

This was my first ever fragrance. It was given to me by my grandpa. He got a three pack gift set that had Stetson, Preferred Stock and this. He kept the Stetson, gave my older brother Preferred Stock and me this. I was so sad when it was discontinued.

Back in the day (90s) my mom bought me "Aspen" as a teen. My mom actually used to regularly get drug store frags for me and my brother. At some point I also had Sierra. I totally forgot about this scent until this video.

You should get Caractere by Daniel Hechter if you don't have that one. It's a great 80s spicy green cheapie that reminds me of Polo Green. It came out in 89.

I can picture it now...a man waiting around in a TJ Maxx in 1997 while his shriek of a wife spends 3hrs trying to save 25 bucks on floral-print muumuus. He walks by the fragrance aisle, sees a fragrance with the name Stetson on it, and blind buys it with no greater wish than the receptionist at work will say he smells nice.

Really wish I could have got my hands on this awesome sounding scent when it was still affordable. It's kinda like how I wish I could have tried Aramis or Bogart when they were first released way back in the stone age. This all reminds me of the first time I smelled ralph lauren chaps in 2005 as a 12 year old, that shit was monstrous. If only I had a time machine.
