I've been using Alexa for around 3 years (Google Home wasn't available in the UK when I started building my smart home setup) but have recently bought 2 Google Home Mini's & I've got to say I'm swaying more towards using Google for my smart speaker interactions now & at such a low price point (for screen based assistant devices) I'm very tempted to treat myself to one of these

I've just set mine up I'm a bit disappointed that you can't set a music alarms, they show that you can on the home hub screen, I live in Australia, I have multiple Google home and minis in my house I have been able to set music alarms with them by changing the language to Us, however I haven't been able to find a way to change the language of the home hub, the new home app too isn't helping, does music alarms work in your neck of the woods.

Amazon echo show 2 has a full browser, the Google hub does not. It gets full youtube just like a tablet! well worth the money. Google would do well to get their products a browser. I love Google products but I like having a browser so I can have a full youtube experience.

Will I be able to configure any video that my kids request to be played through YouTube Kids? Not too sure how it could work with GA..as they're the ones always hogging my Lenovo Smart Display at home!

Excellent presentation. In the old days specialist police or Mi5 would sneak into your house when you where out to install listening devices.
It's a steady walk to the shower block. It worked in the 30's and 40's....why not.
