I'm usually down on celebs, because I see many using their influence to do harm. But I must give a "shout out" to Rihanna. Her organization donated funding to help build mini houses for veterans in Flint. They break ground in spring 2024. I'd never had known, had I not been in touch with the VA reps and got the newsletter. Our town is small. There's no hospital or homeless services (vouchers for housing) here. We get left out on that issue. It's been that way for a long time and it's freezing cold here in Flint. The Lord has taken care of me, and I really appreciate that she did that. It's good to see her happy with her fellow and kids. The only other celeb that I know came to help out during the water crisis was Jaden Smith. He brought the "water box" idea.
