"Often I- I sit and yearn."

From Seinfeld Season 3 Episode 23, 'The Keys': Jerry is fed up with Kramer's coming into his apartment any time he feels like it and asks him to return his spare set of keys. Kramer begrudgingly complies but then lets it be known that he's leaving for California. As for the others, the one key swap leads to multiple exchanges on pretty well everyone's part. When Jerry forgets his keys, he gets George to let him into Elaine's apartment so he can get his spare set. What they find interests them.

About Seinfeld:
Seinfeld stars Jerry Seinfeld as a stand-up comedian whose life in New York City is made even more chaotic by his quirky group of friends who join him in wrestling with life's most perplexing, yet often trivial questions. Often described as "a show about nothing," Seinfeld mines the humor in life's mundane situations like waiting in line, searching for a lost item, or the trials and tribulations of dating. Co-starring are Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Jerry's ex-girlfriend and current platonic pal, Elaine Benes; Jason Alexander as George Costanza, Jerry's neurotic hard-luck best friend; and Michael Richards as Jerry's eccentric neighbor, Kramer.

They've both so excellent. The rest George gets increasingly unsettled and destroyed with each 'no' is amazing acting, you can feel the trembling in his soul

Whats interesting to me about this scene is everything Kramer is asking about George, Kramer also doesn't have.

I think one of the great characteristics of George and Jason’s acting is how he will change emotions so quickly in a scene, he’ll consider what the other person is saying and genuinely respond / change, how he here doesn’t take Kramer’s question seriously and then thinks about it, considers, is unconvinced again, is upset etc etc notice how George is always changing (in thought and then in expressing that extreme emotion, in a single scene) which has great comedic effect

This show was .. probably the best writing ever. And acting for that matter. And the cast is perfect. For a sitcom. I still love watching Seinfeld to this day.

This show's ability to repeat a word and make me laugh by doing so never ceases to amaze me. "You YEARN?"

Three brilliant part of it is when Kramer looks at George’s boldness and then says “Look at you” 😅😂
That’s deep and painful
