UPS Shipping Rates via Amazon Seller Central

it is super helpful to know what your avg cost per kilogram is when you are sending inventory to Amazon.

In this video I show you
- How your boxes add up to billable weight?
- Where to locate your billable weight?
- How to calculate your avg cost per kilogram?

Knowing your cost per kg makes it super simple to calculate in your head or on your phone your estimated shipping costs

IMPORTANT:: I inadvertently got the math backwards in this video.

CORRECTION
Take your cost of shipping ($$) divide it by your billable weight (Kg) equals your TARGET cost $ per KG
example:: cod $40.81 / 52.50 kg = $0.777 per kg.

Your Actual cost per Kg is.
Cost of shipping ($$) divided by you Shipping weight (kg) equals you actual cost per kg.
Example $40.81 / 51.5kg = $0.79 per kg.

Reverse math.
$0.79 cents x 51.5 KG’s = $40.81.

So now you can calculate the cost of a box 📦 once you know the total KG. For example a
20kg box 📦 x $0.79 cents per KG = $15.80

These prices may very depending on the Amazon fulfilment Center location the product is being shipped to.
