Well, Phil I guess you better get to work because your stats while in office so far are pretty pathetic.

PHIL, would you agree to a zoom discussion before the Board of Ethics? We can do it sort of like a point-counter point.

Here is my point, I look forward to your counterpoint.

1. Take what the judiciary defines as judicial duty, and similar expectations articulated by the ABA, IAALS, and Colorado legislature; rotate it 180 degrees and you have the policy actions by Dea Lindsey and Susan Tyburski.

2. Take what the executive branch, DPA, and CU define as fair, honest, and ethical treatment of employees in the state personnel and state university system; rotate it 180 degrees and you have the policy actions by three state personnel directors, Gherardini, Follenweider, Veitch, and the various CU officials involved in this issue.

3. Take the various 'promote professionalism and protect the public' policies promised by the OARC and the ABA to protect the public from dishonest lawyers; rotate it 180 degrees and you have the policy actions of Jessica Yates and Byron Large.

4. The claim by Dino Ioannides that 'incompetent, unethical, and malicious job performance' by state officials is not in the jurisdiction of the IEC is 100% wrong.

5. The claim of Anne Mangiardi that false statements by judges, judges signing their name to false statements by lawyers, and judicial orders with no basis in fact or law is not in the jurisdiction of the JDC is 100% wrong.

So Phil, see if you can set this up with the Board of Ethics; I assume I can set up a zoom connection in the Boulder Judicial Center.
