The headphone jack was the coolest "feature" on the predecessor Zenfone 6, also the biggest reason why people were finally back to buying the long-forgotten Zenfone series instead of iPhone, Samsung, OnePlus, etc....
But now it's missing on Zenfone 7, are u kidding me ASUS?

I've been using the the zenfone 6 and I love it, it is unfortunate that they chose to remove the audio-jack because (with all the high quality headphones I have) for me it is simply a must, so when I'll decide to upgrade I'll have to look for something else...

I still have a few year old zenfone zoom I have as a backup phone, it's a great phone for a good price, it's sad more channels don't cover these lower end phones.

Idk who theyve been asking, but in my circle of friends literally noone uses wireless headphones.
And i personally dont see any reason to put up with another device that may run out of battery at the most inconvenient time possible.
Thats even before taking Bluetooth limitations into account. But im sure everyone wants to pay extra for worse audio quality these days.

Looks really nice and clean. I much prefer it to the ROG phones, but I get that's for a more niche audience. Headphone jacks are a nice plus to have, but none of my friends or colleagues use wired headphones anymore, so it makes sense to get rid of it and make more space for other things.

My thoughts as zenfone 6 user. 90hz oled screen is awesome must have upgrade from last phone. Unfortunately the removal of headphone jack, increase of size and too high price is a big no no. Won't be considering this as my next phone.

Will be selling my Zenfone 6 and upgrading to this. I don't care about the headphone jack, improved charging speeds, camera improvements and the amoled screen should give it better battery life.

My only question is will volte work out the box for TMobile Or any plans to update it in the near future. When does it go in sale in North America? Seems like the perfect phone

A big reason I got the Zenfone 6 was because of aux port. Does the camera come loose and wiggle if you even do a slight jog or bump your leg with it in your pocket?
