The biggest thing I hate that people are forgetting or choosing not to acknowledge. They reported him to the child protection and authorities and did an investigation. No recourse and the fact twitch paid out full contract. Anyone who knows business knows if he did the things as bad as he's accused of, that alone would be twitch s golden ticket to not pay 10s of millions. The article is thinking about it too hard. Doc didn’t make people assume he was talking to minors. The two idiots that broke the NDA as well as other bad actors started that rumor.

His “confession” was extremely general and confirmed the weakest of those rumors. That is the bait. It’s very possibly that none of it is even true in which case he can sue for the NDA as well as defamation.

If the rumors are completely untrue, anyone calling him a PDF can be sued for defamation as he literally lost everything. People are way too comfortable throwing out labels without consequences.
