Calculus 101 - Continuous Function on a Compact Set is Uniformly Continuous

If a function F is continuous on a domain D, and D is a compact Set, then F is Uniformly Continuous on D. And if and only if a function is uniformly continuous in an open set, then the open set could be extended to the closed set version
