Ok since no one can seem to understand what is going on I’ll explain it
The technique used is called rolling. What he’s doing is using his fingers to push the controller into his other hand to push the buttons faster. The reason he’s wearing a glove is to reduce friction and cramping in his hand. Hope this helps
