I really enjoy the training and am happy with the result. Remember, make it fit for your and your everyday life. For example,

• 1-3 YouTube Workout HIIT | Strength & Conditioning | pilates… My sessions are no longer than an hour (sometimes 1 hour 15 minutes, sometimes much shorter).
• & 1-2 running units (as I mentioned in my story the other day that I would like to integrate that more again).
Just whatever works best for me during the week. Each week never looks the same, largely due to YouTube and depending on where I am at the moment (traveling).
What is your week like? Do you also enjoy the variety? 😍

I genuinely enjoy your workouts! I love the mobility, pilates, cardio, hiit, strengthening and yoga infusions. P.S would definitely love to see you create a workout series for your YouTube fam😅.
