How did you add ad thrive on other sites as it requires pageviews?

I’m curious. How long does it take for your articles to reach that page views per month per article? I’ve been building a site and am nowhere near that with average number of pageviews per page

John, I'm curious how you personally deal with knowing that you have such a big asset that could be destroyed overnight by a Google update? I know that you don't do any backlinking or any black hat stuff, but even white-hat players get burned at times. Do you sleep at night? :)
