Live Midi Controlled Commodore 64 - Complicated Drivers

It was a hustle to make all this work, without lag or letting the usb-midi-device to fuck up the signals.. So therefore I will call this song "Complicated Drivers".

Hardware: Commodore 64 with MSSIAH cartridge , M-AUDIO radium and ViewCon usb-midi
SW: FL studio Sequencer just to feed the commodore with midi. and to control the cc-channels

Sorry for the whita noise, I dont really know if it is just the rf-cable to blame or if it is the filters capasitors that are tired...

I added pots to control the SID chip back in 1994.
Pre internet. I had to study electronics and join a fucking course to understand how it all works.
I invested about a year of my life to do that.
Anyway, 30 years later and I’m still working as an Electronics Technician by trade.
So I guess you can say, the C64 changed my life.

It sure does, the chassie is based on the 128 model which I suspect influensed the outer design of the amiga 500 as well, at least to some degree : )

I'm afraid you are wrong, the 128 has a numeric keyboard part. this is a Commodore 64c. Check it up

hard to phathom that a C64 can work with midi and not just freeze up at all...song is cool..a little crunchy noise that messes it up but, if you can remove this...it's awesome.!!
