My grandfather fought in ww2 and his job was tanks destroyer commander under General Patton . My grandfather said , Hellcat is best tank in ww2 because of two different things run is so pretty fast and good shooting are so awesome know as hellcat is the one of best tank in ww2 .. that what I was told by my grandfather.

Fun Fact: despite having the improved American 76mm gun, crews often complained about the guns performance. This led the army to develop the Super Hellcat which had the turret of a M36 TD with the American 90mm. However the program was scrapped as the war had ended by the time it would have been ready.
