Florida is a bubble. What Floridians need to do is pay county and state taxes. That would help the entire Florida economy without interruptions.
They also need to invest in public reliable transportation. How would that help? It would get their tourists to their destination at all hours. Employees from all district would also have a chance to increase their income. But if the rich only invest in themselves, Florida's bubble is going to burst.
