The Navy has 22 Ticonderoga-class cruisers (CG-52 through CG-73) in active service, if you do not list the 22 cruisers then you are missing a major component of the USN. A component that only one other nation has Russia with 4 cruisers. Fire power of a Cruiser is about three times that of a destroyer.

The royal navy should be number one, yes it's not as big as other navies by any means but they are the most well trained and respected navy I'm the world, they are one of if not the most active navy on the globe patroling the waters of most of the world from Europe to Asia, if any navy deserves to be number one it's the royal navy
