Honestly if they taught history like this at school, I'd actually look forward to it!

Great video Jesse!

This video demonstrates one thing very well. That there isn't just a blueprint to "how to exercise to gain mass/strength/endurance" there are countless ways people tried over the years to improve in this sport, there isn't just one way and you need to find what works best for you.

Don't follow blindly into someone else training regiment, I mean you can if it works for you but you don't have to.

Great video as always.

Idk why but you guys always make me inspired. Just looking at your guy's body I can tell you guys really work. I started a fitness journey at the age of 9. Now I'm 12 and I've got a lot of progress. Stay Relentless!

Mike Mentzer did 4 second negatives and 4 seconds eccentrics. With a static hold of 2 seconds in contracted position. It makes every exercise much harder. You should try it!

A few months ago at 13 I'd walk around sucking in my stomach, I was so conscious and never wanted to be shirtless. But through the help of the fitness community and people like David Goggins, i can now say I am in the best shape of my life, going to the gym and no longer sucking in.

The poses in 1913 were so beautiful though, seriously. I think this has to be my favorite era. Combining strength and bodybuilding.

FYI to get the right intensity for a mentzler workout you need to be well rested for days going into it, otherwise, your body will not allow you to push hard enough

Dianabol was actually released in the US in 1958 and was invented by physician John Ziegler. Weightlifter Bill March was supposed to be one of the first weightlifters to use it.
