Participants - Heavy (2024)

So I've been living in a new city for 2024. There's been a lot of changes. I miss posting and I miss knowing where the shows are. Fuck, I just miss music. Luckily, Participants are a local Milwaukee band that has really given me faith in live music and music in general. I waited days to post this, assuming my better known punk taste makers would pick up on them. Oh well, their loss. Participants reminds me of so many things, but comparisons are rude at this point. What I know is they revive something within me that leans towards inspired. If you're a midwesterner, find them at a gig in the trifecta of NWI, CHI, and MKE when you can.
