Three test tubes contains iron (II) sulfate. Trisodium phosphate is added to the left test tube, disodium phosphate is added to the middle test tube. Blue precipitate of iron phosphates is formed. Monosodium phosphate is added to the right test tube with no precipitation as result. Phosphoric acid added to the left test tube dissolves the iron phosphate.

Thanks for this. The wiki article on iron ii phosphate lists it as being brown, so I was quite confused to see a white precipitate. Glad to know otherwise.

Thanks for the video and thanks a bunch for the link to more info and the comments :)!
Writing up my thesis and I am unable to find a good photo of Iron(III)phosphate precipitate.
Best I could find is on your site, layered with the nice green from mix of (II) and (III)
Any chance you would let me use that photo :)? or do you have one of Fe(III)PO4? COVID makes it a pain to go to Uni to make the reaction and photograph
Kinds regards
