Hollow Knight- Banker Millibelle Steals Geo! How to Get Geo Back PLUS INTEREST

In Hollow Knight there is one safe place to store your Geo in case you die. Millibelle can be found in her bank at the base of Fog Canyon where she, for a small starting fee of Geo‍100, provides a service to keep the Knight's geo safe. Geo deposited in this bank is retained upon death and can be withdrawn at any time.

She holds a maximum of 4500 geo, but after she holds 2550 geo or more and the player has rested at a bench or used the Stagway she abandons her stand.

After visiting the empty bank, she can be found at the Hot Spring in the Pleasure House. Here she can be bounced around harmlessly, causing Geo to fall out of her. The amount of Geo that can be reclaimed is the amount of Geo deposited times roughly 1.5x your deposited amount.

Trivia from Hollow Knight Wiki:
- Fragile Greed / Grimm Troupe Icon Unbreakable Greed has no effect on the amount of Geo the player gets back from her shell.
- The 100 geo the player deposits when opening the bank account is not returned.
- Hitting the empty stand when Millibelle is gone will reveal that it was a 2D cutout. The bank sign will fall to the ground on the way out.
- At the Hot Spring in the Pleasure House, she will be called Millibelle the Thief.
- She can be bounced out of screen through the room exit, but does not change room. Exiting and re-entering puts her back as usual. It is unknown if that impacts how much Geo she can still drop.
- Grimm Troupe Icon Grimmchild, Grimm Troupe Icon Weaversong and Glowing Womb will treat Millibelle in her bank as an enemy and attempt to attack her, making her cower and not interact.
- Grimm Troupe Icon Dreamshield "tinks" off of the bank stand as if it was an enemy or damageable object.
The amount of Geo Millibelle gives back in the Spa varies with each hit. Once the amount she drops exceeds 1.5 times the original deposit, she stops giving out Geo.

I honestly forgot that I gave her any geo and thought she went to a different bank location possibly in Dirtmouth. I hope this helps anybody who was missing their geo

But in the end she was playing a long con, just waiting around for adventurers who’re tired of lugging around their sacks of gold.

I like how a lot of the shop keepers use the word “Geo” in their greeting and good-bye message.
I imagine they’re selling “Hello, Money!” or
“So long, Money!”
