the pack sounds are great in isolation over youtube. But, I’ve purchased a number of such packs. The problem usually is that, for professional sounds to be played with live bands, the sounds (eq) don’t translate outside of the room (speakers/headphones/room) of the pack creator. My recommendation is for creators to start using Harmon curves with headphones or HIGHLY treated/controlled mix rooms that yield the MOST flat response possible. I’ve gotten great results pairing cheap AT mx50 headphones with free Harmon IR that can be simply loaded into an IR loader at the end of a DAW chain. It’s the most reliable way to ensure translation across environments. Otherwise, at this point, amalgam is the only pack creator that translates. Again, I’ve purchased enough to know by now. and, they are one of the only 2-3 who know how to create accurate DI captures as well. This is also much needed. The IK multimedia algorithm for a removing baked in cab is faulty. do not rely on that.

Excellent just found you... Your playing is amazing and so your TONEX tones... Surely I will buy some... Got a question: do you offer some TONEX tone that is a JCM800 or 900 not too saturated that can be used with some preamp like DOD250 for achieving that Malmsteen sound? If so, in which one of your packages is it?
