I think Peter is one of the best solid inflencers in the game. Old school methodology and he has the results to show mass vs lean versions of physique. Anyone that would look for a coach would really be served well investing in his program. Ive watched his content for years.

A very practical guide. Talking about electrolytes is not popular in these types of videos. Hydration is usually left out of these types of videos.

Love this video. I think 2 sets is goated myself. I’ve dialed my training back to 2 sets to start the year. I think a lot of times that 3rd set isn’t worth it. Not that it’s necessarily bad either but I’d rather do 2 hard sets with ample rest time and get my workout done in 45-60 minutes.
