I just recently recoated my roof with the Lanco Primer and Siliconizer. Before the recoat, I cleaned with TSP and have to say that I was very impressed with not only how fast it cleaned with very minimal agitation action from a soft bristle car wash brush, but also how fast & easy it rinsed.

As I only have the Lanco on for a month, I will have to wait on evaluating the coatings, but they did spread very easy with a roller.

My father in law owned a dealership for many years, his tip to me to clean the roof was to use Ajax scouring powder and Dawn dish soap with water. Works like a charm with a typical scrub brush! Give it a try sometime!

refreshing to see a review on a product that doesnt work. interested to see how murphys oil soap works on your roof. works well on mine but mine isnt as dirty as yours. keep us posted if you find a great cleaner.

For mold/mildew use good ol 409! Do it in the shade, small sections and rinse very well. Do not let it dry on

30sec outdoor cleaner works wonders. Use it on our 2019 Keystone and dads bus.

You don't have just dirt, that's mold and mildew, a different animal all together.

Thanks for posting this. Our trailer roof is way worst than yours so this product looks like it will not help us!
