We have MINT! I've had my AeroGarden Harvest Elite for just over two weeks now and here is today's weekend update!

I like your pickles recipie, changed it up with a mandolin. Made pickle chips which turned out amazing. But, have you ever bought Goldenberrys or Physallis at the grocery store and thought, hmm, that really expensive. Then just tossed a seed or two into the Aerogarden just to see what happens? Man does that little seed turn into a huge plant. Aerogarden is a great thing to have as a seed starter. Obviously, the plants will need to be put in soil, but it works well for tomatoes, tomatillos, peppers, etc.
