Satellites in geostationary orbit are often moved to a "graveyard" orbit above the geostationary belt. Which is far enough away from other orbits to reduce the risk. And in lower orbits, satellites are pulled back into the Earth's atmosphere. क्या आपने कभी सोचा है की किसी सैटेलाइट के खराब होने पर उसके साथ क्या होता है? उन्हे नस्ट किया जाता है! या फिर उन्हे वही छोड़ देते है? नही तो चलिए जानते है। तब तक आप लाइक व सब्स्क्राइब कर दे। सैटेलाइट की लाइफ समाप्त होने पर उन्हे नस्ट कर देते है, ताकि वे दूसरे सैटेलाइट से टकरा कर उन्हें नुकसान ना पहुँचा सके। भूस्थैतिक कक्षा में उपस्थित सैटेलाइट को अक्सर भूस्थैतिक बेल्ट के ऊपर एक "कब्रिस्तान" कक्षा में ले जाया जाता है। जोकि जोखिम को कम करने के लिए अन्य कक्षो से काफी दूर होता है। और निचली कक्षाओं, मे उपस्थित सैटेलाइट को पृथ्वी के वायुमंडल में वापस खीचा जाता है। वायुमंडल मे प्रवेश करने पर छोटे सैटेलाइट वायु के घर्षण के कारण जल जाते हैं, जबकि बड़े सैटेलाइटो का कुछ हिसा बच जाता है, जिन्हे समुद्र के सुदूर हिस्से में गिराया जाता है जिसे "प्वाइंट निमो" कहते है।
