I've been using baking soda and brushing my teeth since I was about maybe 8 to 9 years of age and I'm 51 .and I can tell you it works magic. Naturally and very inexpensive.I soaked my mouth in peroxide a good 10 sometimes 20 minutes while just watching a simple movie then I begin to brush with the baking soda and my Opti right of Colgate and I tell you it does make a difference especially if you don't have $600 to pay someone to bleach your teeth. But to each his own 🤗😁🤔😵😷

Dental cleaning is BIG money for dental offices... no wonder so many of them insist you come in TWICE a year for it. A dentist I was going to insisted I needed a special and expensive"deep cleaning" to avoid gum disease because I had a few pockets that were 5mm deep. I did more research and found out that the AMA doesn't recommend it unless the majority of your pockets are that way, and unnecessary use of the procedure on generally healthy gums can make the situation worse as it pulls the gum tissue away from the teeth. I declined, changed dentist and my gums are still fine 10 years later.

Baking soda can be used and is very useful they don’t want you to use it bc they make lots of money cleaning teeth

I can tell you bicarb of soda/Baking soda works Magic !! I've been a Heroin addict Since I was 13 years old and My teeth have been pretty stained and damaged (Luckily still have all my teeth though! I'm 27 now . I got myself Clean off the drugs 18 months Ago But been Pretty Ashamed of my Teeth So Much That I Would Cover My Mouth With My Hand When I Would Talk To Someone!! So a week Ago I started Using Bicarbonate of soda/Baking soda with water untill a smooth paste forms and started brushing and within 7 Days The Stains Are GONE!!!!
