Only problem I've seen is sometimes a patrol will spawn right in front of me with no warning. I don't mean like a dropship or a bug breach, I mean they just appear in front of me like they were invisible. It doesn't happen that much but its annoying when it does happen.

I always found it annoying that I could pass a patrol and watch them turn around and follow me. Especially since I have .5 seconds to wipe the patrol before the nids call for backup.

Not gonna lie, this all feels like kids throwing a fit to me.

Things launched, they were clearly MUCH easier than the devs intended. On the third day we had videos of people soloing the games hardest content. This was never the intended gameplay style. People can enjoy it all they want but the devs are entirely within their right to fix it.

Personally I am really glad they have done this. Me and my friends took all of a week to start getting bored running 8s and 9s, a lotta time investment for limited actual fun. Then things got worse in the other direction for a few days, now they are getting better again. The devs will find the right weight for things in time... But like, that weight is going to be a lot heavier than it was at launch, that is why they are balancing shit.

my only gripe so far is the amount of patrols that are spawn CLOSE when you're trying to stealth, like one sec you're stealthing an obj and boom you got a patrol right on your ass and I know I'm not the only one who notices

Game will be dead with the casual audience within a month, which makes up most of the playerbase. Hardcore peeps will stick around, and the game will slowly die off until they finally give up making content in a year or two for lack of money. Just like almost every game that goes down this path.

The Guard Dog needs 2 changes, resupply off generic ammo pickups and make use of the backpack button to stow and deploy it. Being able to save it for when you need it would make it much more competitive.

I remember in the first game we had a decoy beacon that drew aggro to a certain area allowing you to take another route or complete an objective without too much attention. Sure it will be coming to Helldivers 2 as well.

the guard dog is trash because it runs out of ammo so fast. the damage and lack of friendly fire is great though. just needs a better ammo solution

If your wifi bugs out and a friendly is using a mech the mech will just walk in a straight line. Putting a rock on the pedal is possible helldivers!
