my computer goes very slow when I'm playing. Do I need to reset the computer? where did u get the game download from?

Am having a problem playing it. I downloaded the game from Ocean games and setup the game. But when am entering the game It ask me for company name after giving it am pressing ok but nothing happens... what should I do?
