How to help somebody who is having a seizure

Would you know what to do for someone who is fitting?
Not everyone needs an emergency ambulance, but please call 999 if someone has:
➡️ a seizure for the first time
➡️ a seizure that lasts more than five minutes
➡️ lots of seizures in a row
➡️ breathing problems or has seriously injured themselves.
