Would you say it’s exactly the same size as the sizing kit, or lightly smaller/larger? I’m right in between sizes and want to make sure I get the right fit.

How long did it take you to get your sizing kit from the time you ordered it? Then again, how long did it take to arrive after you actually PLACED the order?
