To create account is hard on because the ask me to scan the code but I did not have any

I live in US. I do have a Chinese Bank account, but I don't remember the Chinese phone number that I used to open the account 4 years ago. I do have access to my account online but don't know if I can survive the oversea verification process.

So if i want to verify my real name i cant do it without chinese credit card?
I thought that i could use my own debit card since on their web it says serbia is supported..

When I try to scan a friends code it says ''Your account does not qualify for Assistant Registration. Ask your friend to find another friend to assist with verification.' Why?
