Demonstrating robotic tending of an EMCO HT 45.
Several features of the EMCO standard automation package are shown including :

• Robust common system base with forklift pockets, drip pan, walk-on grating and protected cable and wire runs
• Modular part cabinets
• Robot End of arm tool with two part capacity
• Common system base

• FANUC CR-35i collaborative robot
• In-process gaging using a Renishaw Equator system
• Fenceless layout using multiple zone area scanner along with collaborative robot
