Julian is wrong about the RS-28 "Satan-II" : the factory was burnt to the ground in 2019 and never rebuilt. The few that were launched, including one a few months ago were prototypes and all launches ended failing! Moreover, only the silo bases in Yasny and Uzhur can receive a total of 46 missiles of this size: these are 200 tons ones, if you prefer, of the same weight as an Ariane-IV space rocket! And you won't find a single sat-picture of the RS-28 missiles being loaded into Yasny or Uzhur silos!
Moreover, these are liquid fuel rockets! You can't launch without preparing these like space-rockets, it will take many hours... While a SLBM like the M51.3 will take no more than 6-8 minutes before reaching these two bases...
Mark my words : the RS-28 is total gaslighting and they will simply never build the 46 initially planed to replace the R-36M deployed in Yasny/Uzhur in the 80's and that have been recently retired...
Why? Because this crap is expensive and totally useless! They can't hide it if they prepare to launch, and these bases will be destroyed before launching anything!
