I purchased this model almost a week ago. I was keeping an eye on prices and as we're almost halfway through 2022 its got closer to the £1000 price point. Very pleased with it and very happy with UHD content that Ive watched aswell as HD. Ive found a lot of YT set up guides for this model advise setting Film Maker mode for all sources, but I only really like it on UHD movies, not TV progs. Highly recommended.

Just bought the qn95a 65 along with the hwq990b soundbar. Awesome combo. Really bright hdr in games and so smooth. I had a 55 q85r that was a great t.v but this is better in terms of back lighting and dimming control. I also like the one connect box with it's 4 2.1 ports. I paid a lot less than new and even the soundbar I bough at half the cost. A nice cinematic experience for less than 2 grand!

Wondering if this one has the same problem that all QLEDS have with subtitles and local dimming: the pumping effect dark light dark etc each time a subtitle is shown…

Had this replaced three times, finally ally got a refund. I will tell you something no reviews are. I had this problem with all 3 sets I received. A 1 cm bright vertical line in the middle of the screen from top to bottom, the 3rd set also had a horizontal line from left to right so you could basically make out the 4 back panels of mini LEDs and where they join. Whilst this wasn't a major issue during normal viewing, it was very visible when watching animated content, mostly 2D animation such as anime for example. Also if watching content where the scene pans and especially during gaming. For such a high price I did not expect my screen to have this problem, especially one all tree sets I received right out of the box. After speaking with Samsung direct they told me this was an issue they are well aware of and that it has something to do with where the 4 panels of LEDs join making brighter light than on the rest of the panel. Thankfully I have now been fully refunded and on the lookout for a different TV. It's a shame as I was very impressed with the picture quality overall and would have recommended ot if it wasn't for this problem on all 3 sets. Just something to be aware of before purchasing this TV. I also spoke with the engineer who came to collect the TV's and not only was the back of his lorry (all 3 times he came) full of mostly these Neo QLEDS going back to Samsung, but he told me they have been flat out collecting them from customers for the past few weeks. Samsung's excuse was the pandemic and that they ran out of time for there usual quality checks. I don't know if what I am being told by Samsung is fact or if that's just excuses tbh but I feel like I should share my experience as this TV is very expensive and honestly it was a very disappointing and frustrating situation and a waste of 5 weeks

Sadly my tv 120 hz is flickering.. and have sometimes a black screen a few seconds.. i think this panel is not good maybe gonna go back on sony!

Thanks for the review. Do you think that this TV is overkill for someone who only watches standard HD content? I.e no gaming, no Netflix.
Also how much better would it be to view an HD blu-ray film upscaled to 4k rather than an HD film from cable? Thanks again

I'm looking g for a 55 inch tv, I'm not into gaming, it's mainly for netflix, sky Q and amazon prime, not sure about oled, as not sure how much of a problem screen burn still is, if be grateful if anyone has any suggestions, price wise, no more than £2000

TV is impressive but to say "A lengthy TV connection cable" when the cable originally was 5m is now 2.3m; I have the QN95A 55" TV on a 180 rotating bracket and its short length cable provided makes it impossible to hide the cable behind the wall as well as having slack not to damage the cable !!! NB 2018 the one invisible cable was 15m, in 2020 it went from 10m to 5m and in 2021 its gone to 2.3m length
