I am new to kiting as well I have been kiting for three months now, I now have everything to build my new paramotor this week.

I did notice that you have to either run under the low side or pull opposite brake for wing to come. Up. I was doing exactly the same thing when I started. Good luck man.. I subscribed to watch your journey and progression👍😉

I got the exact same wing, exact same size, exact same harness and exact same way starting as you. First day was bad. Second day with 6mph wind was perfect. Nailed every ran and ran the full length of the field. Today was a third day. Winds 15mph and gusting to 20. Wasn't very fun, I did a couple reverse kiting and called it a day. BTW the break lines are fine, they don't have a big affect when the wing is not very tensioned. They do have a big affect when it is tensioned as I found out kiting in 16mph winds :)

Oh one other thing beyond FaceBook... 4) Days where the wind shifts 50 or 60 degrees are particularly unproductive for reinforcing any sort of learning. You'll spend more time reacting to crazy winds than actually learning much. But I know what it's like to load everything up and get to the field and not at least give it a go. Do you plan to take Jackson along on a harness someday? I had my dog up in general aviation planes a few times. She watches me takeoff on the PPG rig and just never takes her eyes off of me until I land, but I have no idea how I could take her along.

I found you via a comment on someone else's video. I'm a "gorilla" per se also. I am wanting to get into PPG as soon as possible as well. I have searched and searched and can not find to much info for the huskier group that wants to fly. Any information you can provide in your videos to that subject would be greatly appreciated.
