This is short video on how to turn a sheep over without putting too much strain on your back.
Sheep are heavy animals with a low centre of gravity. They can easily put strain on your back and shoulders.
This is the method we use (we don't have any clamps to turn sheep) and it makes life much easier when we need to have a look at their feet etc.

Hope you like the video. Subscribe for more videos on our life on our smallholding.

Great! I live in a city now I'm gonna have to drive out to the country to find a sheep to try this on.

Thank you so so much! This worked like a charm with my 130 pound, aggressive ram who had attacked me and knocked me down a few days ago!

I love your videos. Can you tell me if it is safe for the sheep to be turned over if it is pregnant also how much wool to take of before lambing? Thanks
